Common questions and answers

Can I return personalized products?

Unfortunately, personalized gifts with embroidered name/text cannot be returned. Products without embroidery can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for a return slip. Return costs may apply depending on the product size. Having said that, of course, it is fine to get replacement products or make a return if something turns out to be wrong. Can I change my personalized gift?
